It has long been a Tin Soldiers dream to build a network of clinicians, who are well informed about FOP, so that we may connect the patients we find into a team of people who know exactly what to do and not to do.
As we extended our patient search for FOP we started finding others. Others with musculoskeletal conditions who often need similar care and by the same clinicians who treat FOP.
And so, the Clinician Champions Alliance was born.
A multi-disciplinary group of clinicians from around the world, coming together to discuss cases, and get patients better care and support.
The first virtual meeting is set to take place in May and the first in-person meeting scheduled for October 2023.
